Built by Orlando vacation-rental owners and operators

Magic Manor Property Management was created by experienced Orlando vacation-rental owners and operators — people who have run turnovers, answered guests at midnight and read the statements at the end of the month.

Owner Perspective

We manage the way we want our own homes managed.

Owning a vacation home in the Orlando market is a hospitality business, whether or not it is treated like one. It carries payroll-like recurring costs, seasonal demand swings, guest expectations set by hotels, and a property that wears out faster than a long-term rental.

Magic Manor exists because the two common options rarely work well. Self-management gives you control and consumes your life. Many large managers give you distance and very little visibility. We built a company positioned deliberately in between: professional systems and operating discipline, run by people who answer the phone and understand what a bad month feels like from the owner's side.

We are not a lightweight guest-messaging service. We manage the systems that affect revenue, reviews, guest satisfaction, property condition and owner cash flow.

How We Operate

Seven operating principles

These are the commitments that shape every decision we make about your property.

Owner perspective

Every recommendation is judged the way an owner judges it: does this protect the asset and improve net performance, or does it just create activity?

Hospitality standards

Guests should feel the difference between a rental and a well-run property — in cleanliness, presentation, responsiveness and how problems are handled.

Operational discipline

Turnovers scheduled, vendors confirmed, inspections documented, issues escalated. Nothing important should depend on someone remembering.

Local market experience

Greater Orlando is not a generic market. Demand moves with school calendars, theme-park seasons, events and community-level competition. We manage against that reality.

Professional revenue management

Rates, minimum stays and booking rules managed continuously using our revenue platform plus local judgement — not set once and forgotten.

Property protection

Structured inspections, documented condition, house-rule enforcement and prompt escalation of damage so small problems stay small.

Transparent communication

Clear monthly statements, clear authorization limits, clear answers. If something went wrong, you hear it from us first.

Honest fit assessment

We turn down properties and owners that are not aligned with how we operate. That protects our standards — and your outcome.

No inflated promises

We do not publish invented statistics, fabricated reviews or guaranteed-revenue claims. We would rather be trusted than impressive.

Service Area

Greater Orlando, focused

We manage properties across the Greater Orlando vacation-rental market, with concentration in the communities where short-term rental is established, permitted and competitive.

  • Davenport and the Polk County resort corridor
  • Kissimmee and Osceola County vacation communities
  • Clermont and the Lake County area
  • Disney-area resort communities and themed vacation homes
  • Orlando-area properties near major attractions

Staying focused on one market is a deliberate choice. It is how we keep approved vendor relationships strong and market judgement current.

What We Will Not Do

We do not guarantee revenue, and we do not pretend Orlando is easy.

Rental performance depends on market conditions, property condition and presentation, licensing, seasonality, competition and pricing decisions. What we can commit to is disciplined revenue management, professional guest experience, reliable operations, careful property stewardship and reporting you can trust.
